Bouki provides:

• Transaction Tracking — Automatically categorize and monitor your income and expenses
• AI Chat Assistant — Get answers to financial questions via web chat or WhatsApp (soon)
• Spending Alerts — Receive notifications when you approach spending limits
• Reports & Insights — Monthly email reports with AI-generated financial insights
• Budget Management — Track spending by category and set custom limits
• Multi-Currency Support — Manage finances in different currencies

4. Account Registration

To use Bouki, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (for individuals) or a legally registered business
• Provide accurate information: name, email, and password
• Create a secure password and keep it confidential
• Be responsible for all activity on your account

5. Subscription Plans

We offer:

• Free Plan — Limited features to try Bouki
• Paid Plans — Full access to all features, detailed on our pricing page

Payment:

• Subscriptions are processed through 3rd Payment Provider service
• Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months

Cancellation:

• Cancel anytime through your account settings
• Access continues until the end of your billing period

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Keep your account credentials secure
• Provide accurate transaction information
• Use Bouki legally and ethically
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform
• Make your own financial decisions based on the information provided

7. Our Responsibilities

We will:

• Maintain the platform with reasonable uptime
• Protect your data with appropriate security measures
• Provide customer support
• Follow data protection laws (LGPD)

We are not responsible for:

• Your financial decisions or outcomes
• Third-party service failures (payment processors, banks)
• Internet outages or technical issues beyond our control
• User errors or misuse of the platform

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content (code, designs, text, logos) belongs to Bouki. You may use the platform but cannot:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute our code
• Use our branding without permission
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Create competing services using our technology

9. AI Features

Our AI chat assistant may occasionally provide inaccurate information. You should:

• Not rely solely on AI responses for major financial decisions
• Review all AI-generated reports before taking action
